Make these choices:

1. Click Check Box: To Display variables to the screen
   Click 'radio button' for:
   A) 50 records
   B) 100 records
   C) all records
   
2. Click Check Box: Frequency/Crosstab or Tabulation
   Click on radio button(s) for simple tabulation
   A) One radio button
   
   i) Value, Frequency, Percent, Cumulative Frequency, Cumulative Percent
   
   B) Multiple radio buttons
   
   i) Cross-tabulation with a column & row variable
   ii) Cross-tab with a control variable by row & column variables
   iii) Cross-tab with 2 control variables by row & column variables.
   
3. Click Check Boxes to optionally turn off individual, column, or row percentages from the SAS proc frequency tabulation output.
4. Click radio button to create unweighted frequencies or tabulations. Weighted frequencies and tabulations will be provided as a default.
5. Click Check Box for downloading SAS dataset.
